Children Facilities:

Children’s facilities in a double room:

• Children aged 0 to 2.99 years receive a 100% discount on accommodation and meals (a extra-bed can be provided upon request, free of charge)
• Children aged 3 to 13.99 accompanied by 2 adults, requiring an additional bed, will pay 50% of meals + cost of additional bed.
• Children aged 3 to 13.99 accompanied by 2 adults, not requiring an additional bed, will pay 50% of meals.
• Families with 2 children, both older than 3 years, or one child older than 3 years, will be required to pay for an additional bed in the double room, respectively meals for the respective ages.
• Children over 14 years old are considered adults and will be required to pay for an additional bed and 100% of the meal value for 1 adult.

Children Facilities in a single room:

• For 1 adult with 2 children aged 3-13.99, the double room rate applies.
• Children aged 0 to 2.99 accompanied by 1 adult receive free accommodation and meals (a extra bed can be provided upon request, free of charge).

Hotel Terra Neptun reserves the right to debit an amount prior to your arrival, representing one night’s accommodation. 

MAKING / MODIFYING / CANCELING RESERVATIONS

1. Any reservation made online and not canceled by the cancellation deadline is considered CONFIRMED and automatically implies responsibility for paying one night’s accommodation for each reserved room.
2. All cancellations will be made through the online system, or in case of system malfunction, the Hotel Terra reservations department can be contacted at reservations@terrahotel.ro, mentioning the reservation number.
3. The cancellation deadline without penalty is 5 days before check-in. Exceeding this deadline implies payment of penalties representing 1 night’s accommodation for each reserved space.
4. In case of non-appearance, a penalty of one night will also apply for each reserved space.
5. Requests for refunds due to total or partial non-use of tourist services will only be honored if the hotel accepts the return of the amount, following pertinent reasons.
6. The following cases cannot constitute reasons for a refund:

• Environmental/natural factors: > rain, storm, lightning, or other unfavorable weather conditions; the condition of the access road to the property; insects, birds, or animals of various types; lack of sun for indefinite periods; presence of seaweed in the sea and on the shore; quality of the sea water or pool water within the location;
• Undesirable behavior of some of the clients present at the accommodation unit at a certain time;
• Noise in the reserved room or in the common areas of the accommodation unit, behavior of the accommodated children, etc.;
• Interruption/shortening of the stay for strictly personal reasons.

7. All reservations will be honored only for the persons whose names the reservation was made under. Name changes are not permitted.
8. In case of major force impossibility to honor the reservation, Hotel Terra reserves the right to replace the double room/apartment or other initially confirmed services with others of a similar or superior category, without any other form of compensation in return, or to fully refund the money in case it is impossible to offer an alternat
