We have the obligation to administer safely and only for the specified purposes the personal data you provide to us about yourself.

We request data to provide our services:

– to reserve rooms for you, obtain reservation confirmation, and other services in our hotel;

– to reserve tables in the restaurant and terrace for you;

we may need to respond to and resolve the requests you have submitted to us;

For this, we ask for your consent/agreement and request your phone number and email address, explicitly; we have as the basis for processing our legitimate interest.

– to accommodate you in our hotel; the processing of personal data is done, in this case, based on a legal obligation;

– to reserve a salon or conference room in case of organizing an event, having as a processing basis the legitimate interest of the hotel, as well as the execution of a contract.

Art. 6. Payments

The invoice issued by the hotel must be paid in cash or with one of the credit cards accepted by the Supplier (Visa, American Express, MasterCard). If the Beneficiary has not complied with the payment obligations, under the conditions and within the terms set below, the Supplier is entitled to terminate the contract and claim damages, this termination having immediate effect, without the intervention of a court, without delay, and without fulfilling any other formalities, based on a simple notification sent by the Supplier to the Beneficiary.

Billing is done in Lei (RON) at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Romania on the day of arrival (check-in).

Art.7. Promotions

All promotions are subject to availability and inventory SC Medgaz SRL reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel promotions at any time and without prior notice.
